Pia Klaus guides mothers who are struggling with anxiety in learning how to calm their nervous system & find a sense of peace & confidence in themselves. She supports those mothers in moving on from that all too familiar state of being overwhelmed, on edge, and running on empty, towards a more peaceful place where they can truly start to enjoy the journey of motherhood.

Having been down this road herself, Pia knows exactly what it feels like to be stuck in that exhausting cycle of stress & emotional overwhelm. But she also knows, first hand, just how much of a difference it makes to finally start feeling safe & grounded within yourself again – and that’s because when you start to feel safe in your body, you begin to notice everything else shifting in your life.

As a mum of two herself, with a Master’s in Psychology & a qualification as an RTT Therapist, Pia has been working with mothers all over the world for over nine years to help them overcome their anxiety, and re-establish a connection to themselves.
